In the following paragraphs, the term ‘client’ refers to a person accessing this website and obtaining services.

By accessing our website, you, the client, agree to use the terms and conditions set out hereunder. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion at any time and without prior notice. All reporting service requests made through this site are governed by these terms and conditions. The prices for our services are subject to confirmation from us. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your order. We will endeavour to use efficient resources to deliver the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify all customers if delivery is delayed. As the reports are sent as a PDF in the email provided by the client, we have no shipping charges. 

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The invoices for centres associated with us are created at the end of the month. In case of first time enquiry and referrals less than 10 per month, the reports will be sent only after payment has been received.
  • In case the service requirement is cancelled before the case assessment has begun, then the client is not charged for any service
  • In case the service is cancelled after case assessment begins, then the client is required to pay for the services.
  • In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded within 7-10 days
  • In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation and will only be for cases that haven’t been assigned to a Radiologist
Informed Consent
  • The very act of the client sending us the enquiry form, with the scan volume or radiologic image, will be deemed a consent for the radiologist to view and provide with services (Implied Consent). However, along with the above stated fact, we also provide a consent form (Informed Consent). The consent form is sent to the client after initial contact. The client must tick the checkbox stating the following

If the checkbox is not ticked, we reserve the rights to NOT  proceed with the services. Any delay in the services due to this is NOT LEGALLY OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Normal Turnaround Period

Turnaround period- Time from when the radiologist receives it till the time the report is sent.

  • We undertake to dispatch a report starting from 4 hours, after the moment it has been received by us in routine reporting cases.
  • A report may be dispatched within 1.5 to 2 hours if required urgently. The report however, would be a basic or primal report mentioning only most crucial points. The comprehensive report will be sent later on if required by the clinician.  
  • Turnaround period for thesis or short studies of researchers will depend on the sample size handed over and also on the complexity of the process for evaluation.
  • The report requested for will be handed over only after payment confirmation has been received. Thus, in any case where there is delay in payment, the turnaround time may not be as promised by us. In these cases, “Dental Radiology Solution” are not responsible for the delay in providing the report.
  • In the event of any unforeseen delays to the service request, the user shall be notified of the delay by email. We shall not be held responsible for any delay due to any unforeseen events. However, please note that we will strive to deliver the work as soon as possible.
